How to find good BtoB phone talent:
- Seek candidates outside the same old places and industries: my clients have had good results in health care, hospitality, and broadcasting.
- Run your ads on-line and in newspapers. The latter still work!
- List your ads under marketing, sales, or customer service ... no "tele-ANYTHING!" Reason: "tele" gets you a whole different set of respondents, most of whom won't meet your criteria.
