Traditional telemarketing scripts are downright awful. Prospects and customers don’t listen to them because people don’t talk scripted.

To prove it, say this real example out loud: “(Company name) is the leading provider of customer-driven Internet applications used by the most demanding and successful organizations to build lasting customer relationships.” Click.
Much better: “Mr\Ms Prospect, the reason for my call is to thank you for joining our webinar yesterday, hear what you found most relevant and valuable, and see if we have a good business fit between your e-commerce intentions and our services. Is this an OK time to talk?”
